Over 385 people attended this Free Family Event! Gateway to Science couldn’t be more excited about sharing such great news!
On Saturday, August 14th, The Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex was crowded with people of all ages and from all parts of the country! People from Los Angeles, Colorado, and Wyoming were part of all the bubbly fun! Comments such as “Cool Bubbles” and “We are coming back next Year” indicate that this Event was a success.
Many different stations were set up to experiment with the beautiful and scientific properties of bubbles. The carbon dioxide bubble, our newest activity was explosive fun!
The economic impact that Gateway to Science brings to our community is pretty clear as those visiting families stay in hotels, eat in local restaurants and shop while they are in Bismarck. We want to thank our community, sponsors, our staff members, and volunteers for being part of the only hands-on science center in North Dakota and all our Family Events!
We are looking forward to Gateway to Science 5th Annual Bubble Bliss 2011!
