On Saturday, August 14, from 1:00-4:00 Gateway to Science, the only hands-on Science Center in North Dakota will host their 4th Annual Bubble Bliss Family Event.
Come to the Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex, 1810 Schafer Street in Bismarck, and join us for an afternoon of some good, clean, soapy fun! Learn the science of bubbles while getting your hands clean! Step inside a giant bubble! Freeze a bubble using dry ice and more!
Many different stations will be set up to experiment with bubbles’ beautiful and scientific properties. What happens when a bubble freezes? Can you make a bubble bigger than your body? What do things look like from inside a bubble? Make body bubbles, different bubble shapes, bubble windows, and more.
Our 4th annual Bubble Bliss event is fun for all ages! Get ready for some sudsy, slippery science! Giant bubble wands will be on sale $3.00 members/$4.00 nonmembers.
Registration is not required to attend this event. This event is free and open to the public. BRING YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
