Science Quote of the Day
Posted by: | Comments“There are many hypotheses in science which are wrong. That’s perfectly all right; they’re the aperture to finding out what’s right. Science is a self-correcting process. To be accepted, new ideas must survive the most rigorous standards of evidence and scrutiny.”

It’s time to think about…summer camp!
Posted by: | Comments
As we enjoy this mild December, Gateway to Science encourages potential camp instructors to start thinking about their summer plans! We expect to be building our schedule of summer camps over the next few months, and we would like to hear program proposals from community members who enjoy working with and teaching children, whether or not you are a formally trained educator. More details can be found on this page, or by contacting Meredith. What do YOU have to offer to the eager learners in our community while they are on summer break 2012? Share your area of expertise with us!
Campers, we’ll have more information for you this spring!
