Curious about Curiosity?

By

Curiosity may have killed the cat, but its new mission is to find habitable land on Mars. The newest rover, named Curiosity for its searching abilities, is set to land on Mars next week. While one of NASA’s greatest challenges has been to search for water on Mars, its newest rover will search for more than just this precious liquid. Previous missions have allowed Curiosity’s new job to be a bit easier, but its main mission will be to search about climate, geology, human exploration, and if the possibility of previous life existed. They want to see if the climate and geology of Mars made the evolution of life a possibility, based on what environment Mars hosted.
