What a Blast!

With over 120 visitors in attendance Family Rocket Day 2012 was a blast! This free family event, sponsored by Gateway to Science, has come to be one of our largest attended events of the summer. There was a little bit of rocket fun for all ages. Water rockets, air pressure rockets, alka-selzer rockets and more kept everyone busy. Pat Riepl helped out by launching the engine-propelled rockets and he also shared a few of his own rocket creations. The countdown has already begun to Family Rocket Day 2013!
Gateway to Science’s next free family event will be Bubble Bliss on Saturday, August 11 from 1PM-4PM.
