Cancellation/Refund Policy

For any event or program where registration is paid in advance, if cancellation is necessary and notice is given two weeks or more prior to the event or program, a full refund* will be given.

Cancellations that occur between two weeks to 48 hours prior to the event or program will be refunded half of the registration fee*. If we are able to fill the vacancy, a full refund* may be given upon approval.

If cancellation occurs after that time and/or the event or program has begun, no refund will be issued. If a cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, determination and approval of any refund request must be authorized by the Executive Director.

*Refund does not include the non-member price of a student membership. A student membership gets issued to a non-member student upon registration to allow gallery access for the course of the summer. If a refund of the membership is requested, the card must be forfeited.
