Through August 31, 2011, this Summer Membership Special allows employees of our Corporate Members to purchase a Family Plus Membership (normally $70) for the price of a Family Membership (just $50). Gateway to Science members enjoy unlimited admission to the hands-on exhibits gallery for a full year. PLUS, members receive discounts on programs and notifications of special events. Family Plus allows you to treat friends and relatives to a fun-filled day of discovery! (Note: If you are already a Gateway to Science member, you can upgrade to Family Plus, and we’ll extend your membership one year from the current expiration date.)

Gateway to Science Board of Directors has extended a membership special for employees of our Corporate Members through August 31, 2011. Ongoing flooding has affected so many families in our community. We are extending this special so more families can take advantage of the opportunity to spend quality time together in hands-on discovery.

News from Gateway to Science this morning!

This morning we had 5th graders from Prairie Rose Elementary, Northridge Elementary, and Bob Callies Elementary from Garrison attending our 12th Annual Environmental Festival! At the BSC Jack Science Center, Christie is very busy as well, welcoming many more elementary schools! To our presenters, thankyou! The festival continues this afternoon with more 5th graders!
In another note, the Butterfly Exhibit is back! It’s Butterfly Time! Painted Lady butterflies have arrived to Gateway to Science and are enjoying the early sunshine in the exhibit gallery.

We have several options for you to share the excitement of science exploration:
- Give a Gift Membership - You can choose from several membership levels, including Family, Grandparents or Student. Gateway to Science members receive unlimited admission to our exhibits gallery for an entire year and discounts on our camps and classes. Our members also enjoy reciprocal admission to hundreds of science centers around the country.
- Purchase a Gift Certificate - The recipient can use gift certificates to register for a camp or club or purchase a membership.
