Electricity II
Recommended for Grades 7+
Electricity is a form of energy. Electric current follows a wire circuit, usually made of copper or aluminum wires. Electric current is easily turned on or off by switches. When a switch is open (off), it leaves a gap in the circuit and electricity cannot flow past. This trunk has students build a variety of circuits to demonstrate the basics of electricity. Then the students can build any number of more complicated circuits using more advanced components like the tuning circuit, radio, speaker, and microphone.
