Winter Wonderland

Are you looking for a family event that focus on astronomy related activities? Are you in awe of the night sky? Want to know more? Mark the date! for our 4th Annual Winter Wonderland January 2011! You will have an out-of-this-world experience while learning about constellations, our solar system, stargazing, and much more. This event also features a StarLab portable Planetarium set up for viewing constellations indoors and astronaut training exercises. You even learn how to space walk! Guests make planespheres on site, and get to take them home!

This event has become a Winter tradition of Gateway to Science. Sixty-nine people attended this years Winter Wonderland, on January 22nd, 2010, on a very cold and snowy night!

Cookies and hot chocolate is served while you enjoy a variety of music provided bythe Suzuki School of Music.
