To reserve your party date please contact Gateway to Science at 701-258-1975. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate your request for a specific date, but we cannot guarantee the date/time will be available.

*Members of Gateway to Science receive a discount when scheduling a birthday party. Minimum “Family” membership level is required to receive the Member price.

Important Information: The birthday child must be turning at least 7 years old. Parties may only be held during the “Birthday Party Hours” noted above. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the party. Earlier notice is recommended for best availability. We require full payment at the time of reservation. Please provide your own decorations, food, drinks, and paper supplies. No glitter or confetti. You are responsible for cleaning up after the party.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Our birthday parties are very popular. If you must cancel, do so at least one week before your party to receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. To reschedule, a $15 processing fee will be charged.
