TO RESERVE A PARTY DATE

Birthday parties can be scheduled during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12 noon until 5 p.m.

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the party. Earlier notice is recommended for best availability.
Contact us to check the availability of dates or call us at 701.258.1975. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate your request for a specific date but we cannot guarantee the date/time will be available.

The birthday child must be turning at least 7 years old. Members of Gateway to Science receive a discount when scheduling a birthday party. Minimum “Family” membership level is required to receive the Member price.

TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR PARTY DATE: If you must cancel your party, please do so at least one week in advance to receive a refund. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied. To change the date of your party, a $15 processing fee will be charged in addition to the party package fee.

We offer two different party packages – Birthday Adventure Package and Birthday Spectacular Package

Birthday Adventure Package includes:

  • Private room for 2 hours
    (60 minutes: Gallery, 60 minutes: Party Room)
  • Admission to Exhibit Gallery
  • Free party invitations (to download, click here) BIRTHDAY PARTY invitation 2010

  • Gateway to Science Staff Member to serve as your Party Host
  • Storage for your things during your gallery visit


Birthday Spectacular Package includes everything in the Birthday Adventure Package PLUS:
One fun, hands-on science activity!
Your activity choices are:

  • Make Slime!
  • Design Super Shrinkers!
  • Create a Sun Beads necklace or bracelet!
