DESCRIPTION:There’s no better place than NDGTS to watch the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday\, April 8th!\n\nDuring your visit\, included with admission\, view the solar eclipse from the deck\, participate in hands-on eclipse activities\, and watch the live stream from our STEM Educator\, Hope\, who will be in Texas where the totality is around 100%!\n\nJohnson City\, Texas: 100% visibility from 12:16 – 2:57 p.m.\, with the max at 1:35 p.m.\nBismarck: 55% visibility from 12:46 – 3:03 p.m.\, with the max at 1:54 p.m.\n\nLack proper eyewear to view an eclipse? We’ve got you covered! You can purchase eclipse glasses for $2 each\, or borrow a pair from our limited stock\, which must be returned before you leave. Always remember to practice safety when viewing an eclipse!

She holds a Ph.D. from North Dakota State University in Plant Breeding and Genetics and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the University of Minnesota. She joined Bayer Crop Science in April of 2022 and serves as the Equipment & Automated Field Sensing Lead.\n\nJoin us as she shares her story and the contribution she has made as part of If/Then She Can.
