Science on the Rocks is back with a spooky twist! On October 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, join us and Oscar’s for an immersive night of eerie experiments and hands-on mixology. From bubbling brews to smoky concoctions, discover the science behind your favorite drinks that makes them so delightfully spooky!
Kick off the night with spellbinding demonstrations in molecular gastronomy, featuring:
- Spherification tricks
- Bubbly brews
- Dry ice magic
- Smoke effects
- and MORE!
Then, step into the cocktail (and mocktail) lab where you’ll shake up your own creation! Recipes and ingredients will be provided—just bring your curiosity (and a steady hand).
