Public Engagement Director (Full-time)
We’re seeking a strategic, highly organized Public Engagement Director to lead North Dakota’s Gateway to Science’s storytelling, partnerships, and visibility efforts. In this role, you’ll shape the organization’s brand voice, guide messaging across programs and channels, and ensure NDGTS is mission-aligned and visible in the community, media, and public spaces. You’ll develop and execute public engagement strategies, represent the organization externally, manage media and advertising initiatives, and collaborate across teams to translate strategy into impactful, public-facing action.

Marketing Coordinator (Full-time)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing efforts across digital, print, and on-site channels. This role supports campaign coordination, content creation, website and email updates, social media scheduling, signage, and press outreach while ensuring everything aligns with brand standards. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to support programs, events, fundraising, and visitor engagement, while helping keep marketing projects organized, on schedule, and effective.

Event Assistant (Summer, 10–20 hrs/week)
We’re seeking an Event Assistant to support the successful execution of events by assisting with set-up, tear-down, guest support, and on-site logistics. This role works behind the scenes and during events to ensure spaces are prepared, guests are supported, and events run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, physically able to assist with event equipment, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
