Public Engagement Director (Full-time)
We’re seeking a strategic, highly organized Public Engagement Director to lead North Dakota’s Gateway to Science’s storytelling, partnerships, and visibility efforts. In this role, you’ll shape the organization’s brand voice, guide messaging across programs and channels, and ensure NDGTS is mission-aligned and visible in the community, media, and public spaces. You’ll develop and execute public engagement strategies, represent the organization externally, manage media and advertising initiatives, and collaborate across teams to translate strategy into impactful, public-facing action.

Development Director (30 Hrs/Week, 75% FTE)
We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Development Director to lead North Dakota’s Gateway to Science’s fundraising efforts. In this role, you’ll shape and execute the organization’s development strategy, cultivate meaningful relationships with donors and partners, and ensure support for NDGTS’s mission and long-term sustainability. You’ll lead fundraising initiatives, oversee donor stewardship and engagement, guide fundraising events and campaigns, and collaborate across teams, committees, and the Board to translate impact into compelling opportunities for support.

STEM Program Facilitator (30-40 Hrs/Week)
We’re looking for an energetic STEM Program Facilitator to help spark curiosity and bring hands-on science experiences to learners across North Dakota. You’ll facilitate engaging programs, support outreach events, and help create memorable STEM experiences that inspire exploration and discovery. Event Assistant (10-20 Hrs/Week, Summer)
We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Event Assistant to help ensure the success of events at North Dakota’s Gateway to Science. In this role, you’ll support event setup, execution, and breakdown while creating a seamless experience for clients and guests. You’ll assist with event logistics, provide on-site support during events, and help ensure every gathering runs smoothly from start to finish.
