The Friends of the Science Center is a new hands-on volunteer group for community members who want to support science education in low-stakes, high-impact ways. In partnership with staff and the Development Committee, Friends take part in activities to strengthen NDGTS and engage the broader community.
What Friends Do
This group will evolve based on the interests, skills, and energy of its members. Friends of the Science Center may:
- Host or assist with events and fundraisers
- Lead special initiatives or small-scale fundraising projects
- Spread the word about NDGTS in the community
- Help shape the future of community involvement

Membership
We offer simple, accessible membership options:
- Adult Lifetime Membership: $100 (one-time)
- Adult Annual Membership: $10 per year
- Student Annual Membership: $1 per year
