As the STEM program facilitator, Mariah Ralston is excited to help bring the magic of NDGTS out into the community and to our STEMzones!
Impacting the Mission
Mariah supports the education team by prepping STEM kits and making sure our educators have the tools they need to lead fun, engaging, and educational STEMzones. With Mariah’s background in customer service, community engagement, and operational coordination, her goal is to support the education team as they bring their mission to inspire the discovery of science through hands-on experiences to children throughout North Dakota.

Outside of NDGTS
Mariah enjoys tie-dying; she is active in community organizing and library advocacy, loves spending time with friends and family, gardening, reading, and hiking the prairie and along the Missouri river.
Favorite Exhibit, Event, or Experiment
Mariah’s favorite exhibits right now area the Growing Science exhibits. As someone who grew up in “urban” Bismarck, she loves seeing opportunities for other city kids to learn about the ecosystem and agricultural practices happening outside of city limits.
