Gateway After Dark: Adult Night | March 22 | 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
A night of fun and exploration just for adults! Play like a kid in our gallery and try out a few extra challenges to “escape” the science center. Light refreshments will be provided.

Science on the Rocks | April 12 | 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Shake, stir, and sip your way through the science of cocktails with hands-on demonstrations, presented by Oscar’s, and mind-blowing techniques. Discover the secrets behind ice, infusions, and glassware, plus thrilling effects using dry ice, liquid nitrogen, and more. Best of all, you’ll watch five expertly crafted cocktails come to life—and taste them yourself!
