Experience and Expertise

Ekaterina has extensive experience in customer service, both in person and virtually, as well as training and leading a team. She has worked with adults and children one-on-one, teaching English as a second language, trained new hires in a virtual office environment, and worked with customers from all over the world, helping them navigate remote work and events in a virtual world setting.

With a passion for teamwork and to inspire curiosity and lifelong learning, Ekaterina embraces new ideas and experimentation as she leads the Gallery Team. Her goal is to help every team member feel engaged and motivated as they work with visitors each day.

Outside of NDGTS

Ekaterina enjoys spending time with her husband, church and family get-togethers, watching nature, especially as the seasons change, and enjoying the quiet time at home baking or decorating.

Favorite Exhibit, Event, or Experiment

Though it is hard to pick a favorite, Science First is one of the places Ekaterina enjoys the most. She loves seeing children and parents build something together, or the joy of a little one discovering how a conveyor belt works.
