Einstein on Wine transforms the entire science center into a festive, immersive experience. You’ll mingle among exhibits, sip custom cocktails, and connect with others who are passionate about STEM education. From friendly competition to inspiring conversation, every moment helps power our mission to bring hands-on science to communities across the state.
Whether you’re solving a team engineering challenge or cheering on your table, the energy is high, the laughter is real, and the night is anything but ordinary.
It’s an evening full of surprises, inspiration, and impact.
Social & Cocktail Hour
This is your chance to explore the science center in a whole new way—playful, social, and just a little competitive. It’s the only adult-exclusive event of the year where we open the exhibit gallery for hands-on fun, complete with food, drink, and after-hours energy.
We kick off the night with an interactive cocktail hour like no other:
- Gallery games & challenges that put your STEM skills (and sense of humor) to the test
- Apps and specialty drinks served throughout the exhibit hall
- A thoughtfully curated silent auction featuring science, spirits, and local flair
- STEM and wine-themed games of chance with prizes and bragging rights
Event Programming
As the sun sets over the Missouri River, we’ll gather in the Innovation Space for a night of food, fun, and fundraising:
- Dinner with a view, prepared by local culinary talent
- A spirited Engineering Challenge to entertain and engage
- A high-energy live auction led by returning emcee Jonathan Larsen—featuring a brand-new exclusive item you’ll have to see to believe
