Scholarship Information
If you or someone you know may not be able to pay the entire registration fee for a camp or club, we have partial scholarships available for most of our educational programs. Our Scholarship Application can be downloaded.
Thanks to the generous support of individuals and organizations in our community, Gateway to Science is able to offer scholarships for our educational programs for those students whose families may not be able to afford to pay the entire registration fee. Submit a Scholarship Application and Program Registration Form at least 3 weeks before the camp or club start date. Notification of approval will be sent via email or by a phone call.
Keep in mind: A limited number of partial scholarships are available, and there is a limit of one scholarship or program per season for each eligible child.
Note: A referral must be obtained from someone who can attest to the need for a scholarship. This can be a social worker, teacher or school counselor, school principal, clergy, etc. Partial scholarships will be awarded when available on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can help a student participate in science camps or clubs by contributing to the David & DeLaine Poppke Scholarship Fund.
