If Gateway to Science cancels an event, camp or workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the event or program, you will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

If you cancel between two weeks and 48 hours prior to the event or program, you will be refunded half of the registration fee.

If you cancel after that time and/or the event or program has begun, no refund will be issued.
