At North Dakota’s Gateway to Science, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do! Whether you’re an adult or a teen, you can spark curiosity, fuel discovery, and bring hands-on science to life. With a variety of volunteer opportunities, you’ll find exciting ways to get involved, connect with others, and have fun while making an impact. Join us and be part of something amazing!
We love this place! We spent way longer here than we initially thought we would because each exhibit was so fun. – Amanda Drews
Volunteer Needs
We have ongoing opportunities for Visitor Guides in each of our gallery spaces. We are especially looking for individuals who enjoy preschool- and elementary-aged children as we have many excited little scientists in our fun-filled Water Play and Science First areas.
