Camps, Clubs, & Programming Events Refund Policy

North Dakota’s Gateway to Science will refund camp, club, or programming event fees under the following circumstances:

• If Gateway to Science cancels an event, camp or workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
• If you cancel at least two weeks prior to the event or program, you will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
• If you cancel between two weeks and 48 hours prior to the event or program, you will be refunded half of the registration fee.
• If you cancel after that time and/or the event or program has begun, no refund will be issued.

Private Events & Rentals Refund Policy

North Dakota’s Gateway to Science will refund private event rental fees under the following circumstances:

•  

  If your event is cancelled due to no fault of NDGTS, including pandemics, natural disasters, and national emergencies of any kind, the entire booking fee and security retainer will be retained by NDGTS. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, all monies paid to NDGTS up to that point will also be retained by NDGTS. 

• If your event is shut down early for any reason (by NDGTS, security or law enforcement), the Facility Users will not be reimbursed any money, and the $1,000 security retainer will be forfeited.  Also, if the police department or any other emergency services have to be called to NDGTS due to the fault of Facility User or a guest of the Facility Users, the security retainer will be forfeited.
