Science demonstrations offer another way for visitors to experience hands-on learning at North Dakota’s Gateway to Science. By bringing scientific phenomena into the gallery, these demonstrations help make complex concepts easier to understand and connect to everyday life.

Developed by Gateway’s STEM educators and led by educators or gallery staff, each demonstration gives visitors a closer look at how science works. They also complement the science center’s permanent exhibits by introducing topics that can be difficult to explore through an exhibit alone.
